Current Events and Announcements for the Resort
The minutes and financial reports for both the Black Lake HOA and the Poor Boys Water Association following their Labor Day meetings have been sent out electronically. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive yours.
Due to injury, Adrian Martinez will be unable to do any dirt/road work for the foreseeable future. However, we are looking into other options for repairs to be made in a timely matter.
Kudos to the following people for their above and beyond work for the resort.
Rodney Whidden- Dirt work and mowing
Damon Waggoner- his time working on the water lines
Bill Harrison- mowing and weed eating the levi, helped repair the air hose to the aerators.
Cynthia Ham- Her time and devotion to ensuring all members remain informed and up to date
Naman Hall- painting the gate and helped repair the air hose to the aerators.
Chuck Lane- repaired the fence around well #1.
